Web Consultant – International Voice Process
Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Employment type: Full-time
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Working Hours and Shifts:
Afternoon shift: 12 PM – 9 PM
Night shift: 8 PM – 5:30 AM
Working days: Monday to Friday
Weekly off: Saturday and Sunday (fixed)
About the Role:
We are hiring Web Consultants for an international voice process. In this role, you will speak with international clients over calls and introduce them to our website development and digital marketing services. It is an excellent starting point for a career in international sales, with real client exposure from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international clients and explain our website development and digital marketing services clearly and confidently.
Understand the client's basic needs and generate interest in our services.
Transfer interested clients to the Team Leader or Supervisor for further discussion and closure.
Maintain an accurate call list and call-back list, and follow up with prospects at the agreed time.
Keep records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups up to date.
Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain a professional, polite, and persuasive tone on every call.
Eligibility and Skills:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (up to 6 months of sales or calling experience preferred).
Qualification: 12th pass, diploma, or Graduate.
Excellent spoken English communication skills (mandatory).
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with international clients
Basic knowledge of websites or IT and digital services is an advantage.
Compensation:
12th pass and Diploma holders: ₹10K stipend
Graduates and above: ₹15K stipend for the first 6 months, followed by confirmation and a performance-based salary hike
Experienced candidates: based on last drawn salary
