Job Title: International & Domestic Voice Care Agent – Medicine Sales

Job Description:

We are hiring Voice Care Agents to manage customer calls for medicine sales (both international and domestic). Agents will assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and after-sales support while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls related to medicine sales.

• Provide accurate product details and guide customers in purchasing.

• Process orders, track shipments, and resolve customer issues.

• Maintain customer records and achieve sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal communication (English/Hindi, other regional languages preferred).

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical/supplement products (preferred, training provided).

• Persuasive selling skills and customer handling ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office).

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
