Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele caller to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales of our life insurance products.

Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sell life insurance policies- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner- Update customer records and sales data in our CRM system- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve sales processes

Requirements: - 0-2 years of experience in tele sales or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment- Strong product knowledge of life insurance products (training will be provided)- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
