Are you a fluent English speaker with a passion for international sales? Do you enjoy engaging with global clients and converting leads into long-term business relationships?

As a Customer Engagement Executive (International Sales), you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound sales calls with potential customers across different countries. You will represent Cafe Desire to a global audience, ensuring outstanding customer engagement and driving business growth. If you’re confident, goal-oriented, and love international exposure, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound sales calls to potential international clients and introduce them to Café Desire’s products.
2. Handle inbound inquiries from overseas customers and provide detailed product information.
3. Build strong relationships with global clients and nurture leads into successful deals.
4. Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions from our product range.
5. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic selling and follow-ups.
6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and post-sales support.
8. Stay updated on international market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
9. Overcome objections and resolve client concerns with professionalism and confidence.
10. Work in different time zones as required to maximize international sales opportunities.

Requirements
1. Candidates below 30 years of age .
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales in international sales/B2B/B2C process. 3. Immediate joiners preferred (or those currently serving a notice period).
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Fluency is a must). 5. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
6. Experience in handling international clients is a plus.
7. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
8. Ability to adapt to different time zones and work in a dynamic sales environment.
9. Positive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets.
10. Ability to handle rejection and maintain high levels of enthusiasm.
