We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven International Telesales Executive to join our growing global sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective business or consumer clients in international markets via outbound calling campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional English communication skills, a neutral or adaptable accent, and the resilience required to thrive in a high-volume, target-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Lead Generation: Research, identify, and qualify potential international clients using market databases, professional networks, and cold outreach tactics.

• Outbound Sales Pitches: Conduct cold and warm outbound calls to prospective international buyers, effectively presenting product features, benefits, and tailored value propositions.

• Objection Handling & Closing: Actively listen to international customer needs, navigate pricing and service objections professionally, and guide conversations toward a successful close or scheduled demo.

• CRM Management: Maintain highly accurate, real-time records of all call outcomes, client interactions, follow-up schedules, and pipeline stages in our Salesforce / CRM Platform.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume quotas, connection metrics, and monthly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably within an international B2C environment. Freshers with exceptional communication skills may be considered.

• Communication Power: Flawless verbal and written communication skills in English. A neutral accent and clear pronunciation are vital for international client trust.

• Sales Prowess: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and quick rapport-building skills. High psychological resilience to handle regular rejection over the phone.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience using automatic dialers, headset configurations, and CRM tools, along with basic navigation in Microsoft Excel.

• Monthly or quarterly revenue/sales target conversions

• Daily outbound call volume and net talk-time standards

• Lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
