OMG Mediawork is a Mumbai-based, full-service production and line production company founded in 2014 by Durgesh Dadhich and Bhaktti Sakpal. We bring brand ideas to life on screen, handling everything from the first brief to the final delivered file, including television commercials, digital and social media content, music videos, branded films, OTT promos, corporate videos, and high-end photoshoots. Over the past decade, we've worked with some of India's most recognised brands, such as Dreame, Garnier, Maybelline, Domino's, Britannia, Tata, Amazon, Zepto, Kotak Life, and many more, on productions. Role

We are looking for a persuasive and energetic communicator who thrives on human connection. In this role, you will be the voice of OMG Mediawork, proactively reaching out to prospects, sparking meaningful conversations, and turning cold calls into warm business opportunities. If you have a natural flair for conversation, an instinct for persuasion, and the hunger to hit targets every single day, this is exactly where you belong.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients with confidence and clarity

• Pitch OMG Mediawork's services in a compelling and engaging manner

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings for the business team

• Follow up diligently and maintain a healthy, active lead pipeline

• Maintain accurate call logs and update lead records consistently

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability

• High energy and resilience (comfortable with a heavy daily call volume)

• Fluent in English and Hindi

• Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets
