Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers products and services.

• Identify customer needs, offer suitable solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 MONTHS TO 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or Warrenty sales.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong Communication and closing skills with a customer-first attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic computer literacy.
