Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international customers (US/UK/Australia markets)
Explain insurance policies and benefits clearly
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Follow up with potential customers
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good English communication skills (mandatory)
Experience in telesales or international calling preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to work in night shifts (for international process)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
