Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for generating potential leads, interacting with clients, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, and references
Interact with potential clients and explain company services/products
Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets
Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel sheets
Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures
Handle customer queries professionally
Build and maintain good client relationships
Prepare daily activity and performance reports
