Job Title: Telesales Executive (Night Shift)

Location: 2nd floor, in babyhug building, No.48, near Sony Signal, 4th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Timings: 8 PM – 5 AM (U.S. Shift)

Job Summary:We are hiring Telesales Executives to join our international sales team. You will make outbound calls to U.S. customers, explain our products/services, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to promote and sell products/services.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Follow up on leads and update CRM records.

Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and handle queries.

Work with the team to improve performance.

Requirements:1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience (international preferred).

Excellent spoken English and persuasion skills.

Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. timing).

Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.

Positive attitude and good communication skills.

Education:Minimum: High School/Diploma

Preferred: Graduate in any discipline
