Job description

Position: International Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for driven and proactive individuals to join our USA Campaign, as part of a dynamic Outbound/Inbound calling team.

Key Responsibilities:
Receiving Inbound calls from the potential customers.
Engage in meaningful conversations and provide detailed information based on campaign requirements.
Achieve targets and maintain high call quality standards.
Shift Timings:
USA Campaign Time : 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (IST)
Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidates with proven experience in International voice support or Outbound/Inbound calling within a BPO environment are highly encouraged.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in handling Outbound/Inbound International calls.
Essential Skills:
Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively interact with customers.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers professionally.
Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
