Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for our voice process team. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for helping customers, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries regarding products, services, or accounts.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) through effective problem-solving.

• Update CRM systems and document all interactions accurately.

• Meet daily and monthly performance targets (FCR, AHT, SLA).

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English/Hindi or regional languages)

• 1–3 years' experience in customer support / BPO voice process

• Strong call handling, active listening, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce is a plus

• Willing to work in rotational shifts / weekends

• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
