Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and resolve queries.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performance.
Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or related field is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
· English Fluency is must and strong communication skill.
Familiarity with the industry or product being sold.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets.

Working Days: 5 Days work week ( Monday to Friday ) And 2 Saturdays additional work if the target is not achieved.
