International Telesales Executive

Job Purpose

To generate sales through IndiaMart by handling customer enquiries, converting leads into orders, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming enquiries and leads received through the IndiaMart platform.

2. Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

3. Understand customer requirements, including product, quantity, design, pricing, and delivery expectations.

4. Share product details, quotations, catalogues, and relevant information with customers.

5. Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

6. Coordinate with the Stock Incharge, Purchase Incharge, and Production Team to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines before committing to customers.

7. Collect advance payments and coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment confirmation.

8. Maintain daily records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, confirmed orders, and sales generated.

9. Update the IndiaMart dashboard and company sales tracker regularly.

10. Maintain professional communication and build long-term customer relationships.

4. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and email.

• Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.

• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented and responsible attitude.

• Previous telesales or IndiaMart experience is preferred.

5. Daily Reporting

The employee must maintain and submit a daily sales report containing:

• Total enquiries received

• Total calls made

• Follow-ups completed

• Quotations shared

• Orders confirmed

• Total sales generated

• Pending enquiries and reasons for non-conversion

6. Performance Expectations

The employee is expected to achieve the assigned monthly sales target, maintain regular attendance, handle customer enquiries promptly, and ensure accurate reporting of all sales activities.

Note: The monthly sales target and incentive structure will be communicated separately by the management.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
