Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Tele Recruitment Executive (Female) to join our team in Rohtak. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment or telecalling and must possess strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process through telephonic interaction.

• Source candidates from job portals, references, and databases.

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate pipeline and update recruitment tracker regularly.

• Ensure follow-ups with shortlisted candidates and onboarding coordination.

• Maintain a professional and pleasant interaction with candidates at all times.

Key Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment process

• Confident and proactive on calls

• Familiarity with MS Excel and job portals is a plus

Qualification:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferred)
