Key Responsibilities • Make inbound calls to potential US-based customers and promote internet service plans. • Understand customer requirements and recommend optimal service packages. • Convert prospects into customers through effective negotiation and closing techniques. • Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets. • Maintain and update customer records and interactions via CRM tools. • Deliver accurate product information and handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
