Role: International Customer Support Executive

Location: Bangalore (Multiple Locations)

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹50,000 per Month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years (International Voice Preferred)

Qualification: 12th Pass / PUC / Undergraduate / Graduate

Shift: US / UK / Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Cab Facility: As per Company Policy

## 💼 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer support through voice interactions.

• Resolve customer queries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Document customer interactions using CRM and internal systems.

• Achieve productivity, quality, and customer experience targets.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

## ✅ Candidate Profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.

• International Voice/BPO experience is preferred.

• Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills.

• Flexible to work in international shifts.

• Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice will be given preference.
