Hiring: US Voice Process – US Debt Collection and Collections & Customer Service

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Salary: Best Hike on Current CTC + Incentives

Role Summary:

Handling US customer interactions for collections and customer service, including outbound collection calls, inbound billing/support queries, payment negotiations, and accurate CRM documentation while following FDCPA compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in US Collections or US Customer Service

Strong English communication (Spanish is a plus)

Knowledge of FDCPA and US compliance standards

Willing to work night shifts
