New Business Development Associate – US Region

Role Overview:
The New Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the US market. This role requires strong sales acumen, market understanding, and the ability to build long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development ● Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting. ● Develop and execute strategies to target potential clients in the US region.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. ● Understand client requirements and present customized solutions.
Sales Strategy & Execution :
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. ● Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Market Research :
● Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the US market. ● Identify emerging opportunities for growth.
Proposal & Presentation :
● Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches to potential clients.
Negotiation & Closure:
● Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close deals in line with company objectives.
Reporting & Documentation
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. ● Provide regular reports and updates to management
Client Engagement
● Act as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded clients. ● Ensure a smooth handover from prospecting to execution.
Qualifications & Skills
● Experience in business development, sales, or a related role (FMCG experience preferred). ● Proven track record of acquiring and managing new business accounts. ● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. ● Quick learner with a passion for sales and business growth. ● Self-motivated and results-oriented
