Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Product Counsellor to join our International Sales team. The ideal candidate will handle premium international clients, offering tailored matrimonial solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with premium international clients over calls (inbound & outbound) to promote and upsell VIP services.

Understand client requirements and provide personalized consultation to help them choose the right services.

Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building with potential and existing clients.

Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.

Languages Required: Fluency in English and Punjabi is mandatory.

Experience: 1 year to 3 year in an international BPO (Sales, Up-selling, Retention, or Collection).

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Customer-centric attitude

Compensation:

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (fixed)

Incentives: Attractive performance-based variables

Shift Allowance: ₹100 per day (Night Shift)
