About the Role
Nextechcraft is looking for a motivated and target-oriented International Sales Executive to connect with potential clients in Malaysia and Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company's IT services to international customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential B2B clients in Malaysia and Singapore.
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Promote the company's IT services and generate sales opportunities.
Communicate with international clients and understand their business requirements.
Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and convert leads into customers.
Maintain client records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong confidence in speaking with international clients.
Good negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales, lead generation, or B2B sales is preferred.
Experience in IT sales or international sales will be an advantage.
Looking for Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives depending on sales generated high incentives.
Day-shift working environment.
