Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, confident, and target-driven female candidates for our UK B2B Campaign. The role involves approaching small and medium-sized business owners in the UK to offer tailored business loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B sales calls to UK-based business owners.

• Present and explain business loan products effectively.

• Understand customer requirements and pitch accordingly.

• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets.

• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.

• Follow professional, clear, and grammatically correct communication standards.

Requirements

• Gender: Female candidates only.

• Minimum Qualification: Class 10th Pass.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process (B2B or B2C).

• Skills: Excellent English communication, strong sales & negotiation skills.

• Must be confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience is a plus).

Job Details

• Shift Timing: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (IST)

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 CTC (Completely Fixed)

• Incentives: Unlimited earning potential.
