Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals for an International Voice Sales process. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls with international customers, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound international calls to potential and existing customers
Pitch products/services and close sales effectively
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally
Ensure high-quality communication and customer experience
Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Prior experience in international voice sales preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to work in rotational/night shifts
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Education:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on experience)
Preferred Experience:
0–5 years in international BPO/voice sales process
Experience in cold calling or lead generation is a plus
