Telesales International Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented International Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with international clients, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting prospects into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international clients, primarily US-based customers.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

• Handle sales objections and effectively negotiate with customers.

• Achieve individual and team-based sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Good interpersonal and active listening skills.

• Ability to handle sales objections confidently.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Willingness to work in a night shift.

• Previous experience in International Sales / Telesales / BPO / Outbound Sales will be an advantage.

• Freshers and Experienced Candidates can apply.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Candidates with good English communication skills are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

• Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Salary depends on interview performance and experience.

📅 Working Days: 6 Days | Fixed Sunday Off
