Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with international customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Generate new business leads through online platforms, email marketing, trade portals, and market research.
- Develop new overseas customers and expand existing business.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales proposals.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order execution, production, dispatch, and documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with international clients regarding orders and shipments.
- Support export documentation and ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Conduct market research to identify new countries, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and lead databases.
- Participate in business development activities and achieve sales targets.
- Assist in exhibitions, online marketing, and other export promotion activities.
- Perform other responsibilities related to export sales, customer service, and business development as assigned.
