About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives (Freshers and Experienced) to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and networking.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

• Education: SSLC / Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream).

• Language: Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work in night shifts (Mon–Fri).

Compensation

• Freshers: Starting package from ₹21,000 (Take-home).

• Experienced: Up to ₹27,000 (Take-home, based on experience and performance).
