Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- Graduation is mandatory

- A degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an added advantage

Experienc

- 1 to 5 years of experience in International voice Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Required Skill

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Sound knowledge of import-export documentation and international trade procedures

- Basic understanding of customs regulations and logistics operations

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

- Professional attitude with a customer-centric approach
