We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to lead and expand our global footprint in the nutraceuticals and pharmaceutical API markets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of APIs and nutraceutical ingredients, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in international B2B sales.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve international revenue targets.
Identify and onboard new clients across global markets (Europe, Asia, Middle East, Americas).
Maintain and grow relationships with existing international clients and distributors.
Understand product specifications, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to support client inquiries and documentation.
Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field. MBA is a plus.
3–7 years of international sales experience in nutraceuticals or pharmaceutical APIs.
Strong understanding of global regulatory environments (e.g., US FDA, EU EMA, WHO GMP).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic) are a plus.
Experience working with contract manufacturers and distributors.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics in pharma exports.
