Job Title: International Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international clients to promote and sell business conference sponsorships

• and delegate packages.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.

• Initiate outbound calls and emails to generate leads and set up meetings.

• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Education: PUC (Pre-University Course) or Graduation in any discipline.

• Experience: Fresher’s with excellent communication skills are welcome.

  Skills:

o Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
