Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – US Process

About the Role:

DakshOne is hiring energetic and motivated professionals to join our US Lead Generation process.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will connect with potential customers in the US, qualify leads, and help build a strong sales pipeline for our clients. This role is ideal for candidates with prior call center experience who are looking to grow in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅Make outbound calls to US customers and generate qualified leads for insurance products.

✅Engage with customers, understand their needs, and share accurate process information.

✅Maintain daily call logs, update CRM, and ensure lead quality standards are met.

✅Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets while maintaining compliance and professionalism.

✅Work collaboratively with the team to drive performance and achieve process goals.

Requirements:

▶️ Experience: Minimum 1 year of call center voice experience (Lead Generation / Insurance Outbound preferred).

▶️ Qualification: 12th Pass & Above.

▶️ Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and comprehension).

▶️ Strong persuasion and customer engagement ability.

▶️ Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.

Compensation & Benefits:

🔆Salary Range:• In hand ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month + Incentives

🔆 Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM) | Monday – Friday.

🔆 Weekends: Fixed Off (Saturday & Sunday).

Transport: One-way cab provided for drop.
