*Position:* Delegate Acquisition Executive (Female Candidates Only)

*Location:* Malad West, Mumbai

*Salary:* Up to ₹25,000 per month

*About the Role:*

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated female candidates for the position of Delegate Acquisition Executive. You will play a key role in building our platform by reaching out to potential trainers and artists, inviting them to join and grow with us. Post onboarding, you will also serve as a Customer Service Executive, helping these users navigate and thrive on our platform.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Call and engage with leads from the provided database.

Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our platform.

Convince and onboard trainers such as yoga instructors, dance teachers, artists, and performers.

Maintain records of conversations and follow-ups in the system.

Build relationships and trust with the trainers and artists.

Post onboarding, provide ongoing customer support for queries, issues, and engagement.

*Requirements:*

Female candidates only

Minimum HSC or Graduate

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and convincing phone presence

Prior experience in customer service or telesales is a plus

Passion for arts, wellness, or community-building is a bonus
