We are hiring International Voice Process Customer Care Executives for multiple leading organisations. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer experience across international markets.
Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Resolve queries, complaints, and service requests within defined TAT.
Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction.
Follow communication scripts and standard call-handling procedures.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Maintain call records, feedback, and reporting as per process requirements.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure, objections, and difficult conversations with professionalism.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Education: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0–4 years in International Voice/Customer Support.
