Language Requirements:

Candidates must be excellent in English, Hindi & Gujarati

Job Role:

To provide efficient, empathetic, and timely assistance to customers regarding their online shopping experience. This includes handling product inquiries, order status, payments, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and general troubleshooting.

• Weekly Off: Sat/Sun
