Job Title: BPO Associate – US Healthcare Product Sales Company Linfoitech Pvt. Ltd. Job Location Bhubaneswar Shift Timing Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) Interview Mode Face-to-Face Job Summary Linfoitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented BPO Associates for our US Health Product Sales process. The ideal candidate should have experience in international voice sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with US customers through outbound calls. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to US-based customers. • Promote and sell healthcare-related products and services. • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. • Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines. • Deliver excellent customer service and build customer relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 6 months of experience in a US Voice Process. • Experience in International Healthcare Process is preferred. • Proven experience in real-time sales and outbound calling. • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment. • Comfortable working night shifts. • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
