Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage the health insurance sales team
✅ Drive sales targets and ensure revenue growth
✅ Recruit, train, and mentor team members
✅ Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
✅ Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with senior management

✔ Proven experience in Health Insurance Sales
