We are hiring Sales Executives at Thane location. Candidates will be responsible for assisting existing customers with motor insurance policy renewals, explaining renewal benefits, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers regarding motor insurance renewals.

• Explain policy renewal details, benefits, and available offers.

• Address customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely policy renewals.

• Maintain customer records and update system information.

• Achieve renewal and performance targets while maintaining service quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduates.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
