Job Title: Assistant Manager Insurance

Location: Kurla West

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling team or 15-25 members

• Supervise daily sales activities and provide guidance and support to team members.

• Help team members achieve sales targets through regular coaching and feedback.

• Implement strategies developed by the Sales Manager to meet or exceed sales goals.

• Identify new sales opportunities and work on approaches to drive business growth.

• Monitor, track, and analyze team performance, ensuring targets are met.

• Prepare sales reports and communicate performance updates to upper management.

• Support team members in closing deals and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years in insurance sales, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Ability to handle team of 15 20 team members.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
