Insurance Sales

We are looking for a Insurance Sales to join our team at Student Cover. The role involves Generate leads and convert them into health insurance sales through calls, Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans accordingly . The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into health insurance sales through calls, referrals, and walk-ins.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans accordingly.

• Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, waiting periods, and premium details clearly to customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and renewals.

• Assist customers with documentation, proposal forms, and policy issuance process.

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, underwriting, and support) for smooth policy processing.

• Follow up with customers for pending payments, medical requirements, and approvals.

• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
