The role involves calling the existing as well as the prospective customers and pitching them about the various insurance products. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹14,000 - ₹19,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals to sell insurance products.

• An insurance sales representative identifies, prospects, and sells insurance policies (life, health, property, casualty) to new and existing clients. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, preparing quotes, providing risk management advice, maintaining records, and meeting sales quotas. Ideal candidates are persuasive, self-motivated, and possess strong communication skills.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, excellent communication skills, good selling skills.
