  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell health insurance policies

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans

  • Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and pricing clearly to customers

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or system
