We are looking for a Insurance Sales to join our team at Nice- Network Of Insurance And Claims Expert. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to motor insurance customers whose policies are due for renewal.
Explain renewal details, benefits, and any changes in policy terms or pricing. Guide customers through the renewal process.
Schedule and conduct follow-up calls for customers who need more time to decide on their renewal
Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the EXCEL/CRM system after every interaction.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy details, renewal options, and any related concerns. Address and resolve objections to ensure a positive customer experience.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
