Job Summary

Axes Medverse Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Health Insurance Executive to assist customers in selecting suitable health insurance plans, handling policy-related queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining policy benefits, processing applications, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers regarding health insurance products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.

• Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, waiting periods, and claim processes.

• Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, portability, and endorsements.

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy servicing and issue resolution.

• Achieve monthly sales and renewal targets assigned by the company.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance industry regulations.

• Provide after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of health insurance products and industry practices.

• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in Health Insurance, Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Service preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
