Insurance Sales

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive with expertise in the insurance sector to join our team at ALLINS Insurance in Chennai, located at Anna Nagar. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers 15000 - 25000 Salary along with a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.

• Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 6months - 1 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role or a insurance operations and should be proficient in Hindi or Marathi Language . You will be responsible for giving quotation, issuing policies, coordinating with partners.
