💰 Compensation Details:

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month

Provident Fund (PF): ₹1,875 employee + ₹1,875 employer contribution

Bonus: ₹2,500/month (starting from day one)

Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹35,000/month (performance-based)

✅ Reach out to campaigners and explain ImpactGuru’s platform and benefits

✅ Convert leads and onboard individuals in need of medical fundraising

✅ Build meaningful relationships with patients and families

✅ Guide them with empathy throughout their crowdfunding journey

✅ Meet monthly targets while ensuring excellent customer service

👤 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Excellent communication & persuasion skills (Hindi & English)

🔹 Self-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented

🔹 6 months – 2 years of telesales or customer acquisition experience preferred

🔹 Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome

🔹 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emotionally rewarding environment
