Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
Meet prospective clients to understand their financial protection and insurance requirements.
Recommend appropriate life, health, motor, or general insurance products based on customer needs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and policy documentation.
Assist customers throughout the application, underwriting, and policy issuance process.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
