Job Description: Health Insurance Telecaller

Location: Kodambakkam (Near Railway Station)
Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days a week, Sunday off)
Salary: Based on previous CTC hike + Monthly Incentives

We are looking for enthusiastic Health Insurance Telecallers to join our team at Frontline Solutions. Whether you are a fresher or have prior experience in any field (especially in insurance), we welcome you! The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining health insurance plans, and working towards achieving targets. Exceptional communication and convincing skills are essential to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers to explain health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage details.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable health insurance solutions.

• Achieve individual sales targets to earn monthly incentives and performance-based salary hikes.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and persuasive skills to handle objections and close sales.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and clear information.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome, especially if you have any experience in insurance (tele-sales or customer service).

• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Additional Information:

• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week (Sunday off).

• Location: Conveniently located near the Kodambakkam Railway Station.

• Salary: Based on previous CTC hike with added monthly incentives.
