Insurance Sales

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through phone calls, presenting our products and services, and converting leads into sales. As a Telesales representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will utilize your communication skills and sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets. We are looking candidates from End to End sales background like, Insurance Sale, Stock Market, Matrimony Process Like ( Shadi.com ), Holiday Package Sales, Learning Cources Sales, Traya ( Hair & Care ).

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to secure sales

• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.

• Report on sales performance and provide feedback to management for process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Insurance sales, telesales or a similar sales role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers

• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software

• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
