Job Description:
We are hiring experienced and dynamic Team Leaders for our Life Insurance Telecalling Sales Team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Telecallers, drive sales performance, and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, guide, and motivate a team of 05 –10 Telecallers selling life insurance products.
Drive sales targets on a monthly basis.
Ensure monthly sales achievements.
Communication Skills.
Resolve escalations and support team in closing high-value leads.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year Exp. as a Telecaller and Team Leader in Life Insurance or Telecalling BPO process.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass , Graduate preferred.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
Basic knowledge of life insurance products.
Ability to handle pressure and drive performance.
