We are looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager to manage and grow customer relationships through digital channels such as phone, email, chat, and video calls. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience, understanding client needs, and driving engagement, retention, and revenue without in-person interaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through virtual platforms
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
Understand customer needs and provide suitable products/services
Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
Cross-sell and upsell relevant offerings to existing clients
Track customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Meet individual and team performance targets (sales/service KPIs)
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams, CRM software, etc.)
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of sales, banking, financial products, or services (if applicable)
Ability to work independently in a remote/virtual environment
Experience in customer relationship management or virtual sales
Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Data-driven approach to customer engagement
Multilingual abilities (optional but a plus)
