Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain available insurance plans (Life, Health, Motor, etc.).
Generate leads and convert them into sales by meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Answer inbound queries related to insurance products and provide accurate information.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams for smooth policy issuance and after-sales support.
Educate customers about policy benefits, terms, and premium payment options.
Handle objections and resolve queries in a professional manner.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or the insurance industry is an advantage.
Strong communication and convincing skills in English and local languages.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
